A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Incheon Detention House on November 21, 2010.

1. On January 11, 2012, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, at around 21:20, the Defendant: (a) went to the second floor of the building in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu; (b) went to the 20th floor of the building; and (c) went to the safe door after destroying and damaging the small glass hold of the 20 △△△△△△△△△△△; (d) went to the front door, and went to the front door; and (c) did not go to the victim; and (d) did not go to the attempt.

2. From January 19, 2013 to around 15:00 on January 19, 2013 to around 13:00 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and intrusion upon the victim F, in front of the victim F, in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and then damaged the windows of the living room; and (b) infringed on the victim’s house to the inside; and (c) committed theft with money and valuables, such as the victim’s interest boom, brus, and reflects, etc. at the market price
