1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 21,553,00 for each Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from May 31, 2018 to January 18, 2019; and (c).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relationship and status between the parties, as a corporation established for the purpose of soil construction business, etc., Defendant B Co., Ltd., a corporation in charge of safety management of the instant construction business, Defendant D Co., Ltd., a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, etc. of ready-mixeds, which supplied ready-mixeds to be used as materials of the instant construction business upon request from Defendant B Co., Ltd., and the Plaintiff is the owner of F concrete mixtures Trucks Trucks (hereinafter “instant ready-mixeds”), who entered into a contract for transportation of ready-mixeds with Defendant D Co., Ltd., and transported ready-mixeds at the construction site of this case, including the safety management details as follows:

The term of contract: From July 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018, for the safety management of Defendant D Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff may consult with Defendant D Co., Ltd. about refusal of entry or reduction, transportation of reduction, etc. in cases where safety accidents are likely to occur due to the conditions of other snow sites and access roads; and Defendant D Co., Ltd shall take appropriate measures.

(Additional Rule). (b)

On April 4, 2018, the Plaintiff was running the instant ready-mixed vehicle in accordance with Defendant D’s instructions and supplied the instant ready-mixed at the instant construction site. While the Plaintiff was passing an entry farm road with approximately KRW 100 meters away from the instant construction site to supply the ready-mixed at the instant construction site, the Plaintiff was faced with an accident where the left quith of the instant ready-mixed vehicle walked toward the left outside of the farming road, while the left quind was coming to the left outside of the farming road (hereinafter “instant accident”).

C. (1) On the other hand, the current status of the site of the instant accident and the farmland adjacent to the instant accident site is identical to the image of the “accident site site” in the attached Form. The farm road at the site of the instant accident is the only access road for entering the instant construction site. The farm road at the site of the instant accident is the farmland at the site of the instant accident, and the vehicle is ready-mixed vehicle in such a state as it is impossible to drive the vehicle at the site
