1. Basic facts

A. On June 13, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant freezing warehouse”) from the Defendant as his own son’s agent (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The main content of the instant sales contract is as follows.

All buildings within the above land, and the 1,000 boxes, the 2nd boxes, and the office fixtures, etc. shall be transferred.

Provided, That the buyer shall use the above land, buildings, etc. from the contract date.
