A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the crime of fraud and the crime of interference with business in the Gwangju District Court's Branch on August 10, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Yeongdeungpo Prison on December 12, 2018.

Criminal facts

1. Fraud;

A. 2. On January 31, 2019, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the Defendant interfered with business, in a restaurant where the victim F, who works in Vietnam, is an employee, smoked in the restaurant where the victim F, who gets an employee, takes a bath with a large voice to the customers, and prevented the victim from taking advantage of it, “hump, hump, hump, hump, hump, hump, hump, hump., hump.” The Defendant humped a large sound, and humped on the table.
