Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 16, 2017, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the Incheon District Court.

On March 25, 2020, at around 01:22, the Defendant driven a C G80 car while under the influence of alcohol, which is 0.138% of blood alcohol concentration on the roads near Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
