Punishment of the crime

At around 04:30 on May 26, 2016, the Defendant driven his own B sm3 car in the state of drunk alcohol concentration of at least 0.05% in a distance of about 5km from the street near the Hanyang University located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si to the 29 neighboring street.
