Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2013, at around 13:50, the Defendant driven B mixed-Wed B with 09% alcohol content at approximately 0.29% under the influence of alcohol on the section of about 900 meters from the front of the restaurant for Hansan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong to the front of the city bus stops in the Hyundai Heavy Industries located in the same Gu-dong.
