A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (thief) committed a theft or attempted to steals property by intrusion upon the victims’ house 17 times in total from around 2014 to February 28, 2014, by entering the victim E, who was under clothes by intrusion into the house, through open gate and the entrance door, with one Samsung Camera in an amount equivalent to KRW 1 million at the market price of the victim E, who was under clothes.

In this regard, the defendant habitually invadeds the house of the victims and thus stolen or attempted to steals property.

2. Fraud, fraud, and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On January 13, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of January 13, 2014 at H, which was managed by the victim G located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu around 13:56, 2014.
