Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 12, 2013, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of Category B, without obtaining a driver's license, at approximately 12 km section from the front of the case in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the front road of the main apartment located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
