1. As to the accident described in the attached list 1, the plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant) based on the insurance contract listed in the attached Table 2.
Reasons
1. Around 13:00 on July 1, 2013, B entered into the instant insurance contract with the purport that the Plaintiff and the daily life of which are liable for statutory liability for property damage caused by an accident, thereby damaging the front, rear, front, rear, rear, side, roof, etc. of the motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”) owned by the Defendant due to the instant accident.

2. Occurrence of and limitation on liability;

3. Scope of damages.
(a) Repair costs (1) incurred in repairing damage caused by the instant accident, 23,696,093 (hereinafter the same shall apply) plus value added tax for KRW 21,541,90,00,00 for technical expenses, KRW 11,041,90 for replacement parts, and KRW 21,541,90 for repair parts, and KRW 240,000 for repair parts.
