Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On August 18, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for the crime of violence committed by the father of the Incheon District Court on August 18, 2006; on February 17, 2017, the Defendant sent a home protection case to the Incheon Family Court as a crime of intimidation on existence; on September 21, 2017, the Defendant was sent to the same court as the same crime; on July 4, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business from the Jeonju District Court Military Branch Branch on July 4, 2018, and was in total 24 times of criminal records related to violence.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendants are children of victims B(79 years of age).

On January 2, 2019, the Defendant was released from the Daejeon Correctional Institution on March 10, 2019, and from around March 10, 2019, the Defendant assaulted and threatened the victim without any reason upon the withdrawal of alcohol due to the symptoms of normal alcohol addiction.

1. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim’s house located in Seocheon-si C and Da, Gyeonggi-do, with the victim, who drinks alcohol with the victim; and (b) threatened the victim without any justifiable reason, with the victim’s house.

2. On April 23, 2019, at around 14:45 on April 23, 2019, the Defendant, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), detained the victim by breaking a crime prevention window installed on the window without any reason, as he was found, and by threatening the victim to “Chewing string, dead, and dead.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim who remains habitually.
