Q은 서울 강남구 V 건물, 1209호에 있는 유사 수신업체인 ㈜W( 이하 ‘W’ 이라고만 한다) 의 대표이사로 투자자들에 대한 사업 설명, 센터 관리 등의 업무를 총괄하는 사람이고, 피고인 A은 Q이 유사 수신업체를 운영할 수 있도록 X㈜ 라는 법인을 설립하여 입금 통장 등을 제공하고 W의 자금관리 및 직원 소개 등의 업무 등을 담당하고, T과 U은 투자자들에게 마케팅 플랜과 보상 플랜을 설명하면서 센터 관리와 투자자들을 모집하는 최상 위 사업자인 그룹장으로 일하던 사람이고, 피고인 B은 장소를 이동하면서 노트북을 이용하여 회원들에 대한 전산관리, 투자금, 배당금, 이득금 등을 송금해 주는 등 자금 및 전산관리책임자로 일하던 사람이고, 피고인 C은 투자자들에게 마케팅 플랜 및 보상 플랜을 설명하면서 센터 관리와 투자자들을 모집하는 사람이고, 피고인 D, F, E은 그룹장 밑에서 각 지역 센터 사무실을 운영하면서 투자자들을 모집하는 센터 장이며, Y, Z, AA, AB, AC은 그룹장 밑에서 투자자들에게 마케팅 플랜 및 보상 플랜을 설명하면서 투자를 권유하여 투자금을 모집하는 사람들이다.
