1. The defendant shall pay 28,03,280 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 4, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the statement No. 1, the fact that the Plaintiff remitted 28,03,280 won of the goods to be remitted to Yucheon-si Co., Ltd. on July 29, 2014 to the Defendant similar to the above company’s name due to his/her employee’s mistake, and the fact that part of the above money is used to repay the Defendant’s obligations to the National Health Insurance Corporation and the remainder of the money remains in account balance.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 28,03,280 won due to the return of unjust enrichment and to pay the amount calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 4, 2014 to the date of full payment as claimed by the plaintiff, as the plaintiff 28,03,280 won due to the return of unjust enrichment and the amount of unjust enrichment from the date of delivery of the copy of the complaint of this case to the date of full payment.

It is so decided as per Disposition.
