A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:30 on May 3, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of at least 0.158% from the 1km section from the roads of the monthly grain market located in the valley-dong of Gwangju Mine-gu to the front road of the D Children Hospital located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Mine-gu, with a alcohol content of at least 0.158%.

2. On May 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered police officers working to control drinking while driving a road in front of the F funeral funeral hall in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, with a view to avoiding the crackdown on drinking driving; (b) went away from the intersection of the regular course of business to the intersection of a wooden village; and (c) set off a warning to the victim H (45 years old) who is in the position of the police station G of the Gwangju Mine-gu, and is in the position of the Busan Mine-gu, with a view to avoiding the crackdown on drinking driving, the Defendant was driving his/her own, while blocking the escape by using the I patrol vehicle at the top of the South Hagu, Busan Mine-dong, which is in the position of the police station G of the Gwangju Mine-gu, and blocking the escape from using the I patrol vehicle.

E The front part of the patrol car was shocked by the front part of the left part of the Defendant’s vehicle while escaping between the central separation stand and the patrol car.

Then, the Defendant discovered that the patrol car on the front side of the D Child Hospital in Gwangju Mine-gu, where the victim H was aboard, was driven by the Defendant according to two lanes, while driving the road along three-lanes of the D Child Hospital in Gwangju Mine-gu, and received the right door of the said patrol car from the front part of the E Committee-Som driver’s seat.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the crackdown on driving of drinking by using dangerous objects, thereby resulting in an injury to the victim, such as dumnasium and tension for about two weeks of medical treatment.
