1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 49,206,976 to Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 48,206,976 to Plaintiff B; and (c) KRW 8,802,142 to Plaintiff C; and (c) respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff C and the network D (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s family”) as the parties to the dispute are those who entered into a travel contract with the Defendant, and the Plaintiff A and B are the successors of the network D.

The defendant is a travel agency that runs general travel business, etc.

B. (i) The Plaintiff’s family member entered into an overseas travel contract (hereinafter “instant travel contract”) with the Defendant from January 7, 2016 to January 11, 2016. From January 7, 2016, the travel period was determined as Singapore and concluded an overseas travel contract pursuant to the standard travel terms approved by the Fair Trade Commission (hereinafter “instant travel contract”). Specifically, the travel goods of the said travel contract were 1,349,000 for each of the contract amount in the case of Plaintiff C and RD (hereinafter “Plaintiff South Korea”), 5 days for Singapore/L (3rd Libera group of three-party hotel Liber), and 5 days for each of the contract amount in the case of Plaintiff A and B (1,690,000 for each of the contract amount in the case of Plaintiff A and B).

The Plaintiff’s family member arrived at Singapore on January 7, 2016 in accordance with the schedule of the instant travel contract, and moved to the Li-gun located in Indonesia (hereinafter “instant Li-gun”) on January 8, 2016. On January 9, 2016, Plaintiff A and B engaged in golf trading, and Plaintiff C and the network D (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) sent a free time on the preceding calendars, and on January 11, 2016, Plaintiff C and the network D (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) were to return to Singapore.

Consolidated, as seen in the following, the main contents of the travel schedule presented by the Defendant on January 9, 2016, when the accident occurred to the Plaintiff South South Korea:
