Nevertheless, from March 2, 2013 to May 5, 2013, the Defendant placed an advertisement stating that “D” in the name of “D” using a Kaxon vehicle in Gangnam-gu Seoul at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government without a certain office, opened a news report room, and then sought an “frobial helper,” such as “Yero Luxembourg market” and “Abromon” on the Internet, which is the place of living information, and reported that four women, such as E (n.e., 19 years old), etc., who called “F,” going aboard the Defendant’s car, and arranged the helper to eight business establishments, such as “Grobing practice room”, “Sing practice room,” and “30,000 won per person, and received 5,000 won out of them under the pretext of good offices, and received registration of KRW 20,705 won over 20 times as indicated in attached Table 1 (A) by means of committing an offense.
