Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:00 on September 19, 2019, the Defendant abused the victim’s face on one occasion on the sole floor of the knives of the victim C (here, 60 years of age) who was the spouse of the Defendant, who was misunderstanding that the Defendant was written in front of the knives B in the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and reported 112 on the ground that the victim C (here, 60 years of age) was reported.

2. Intimidation;

A. On October 1, 2019, at around 14:30, the Defendant, within the E Hospital located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, called, “The victim threatened the victim with the fire insurance on the ground that the victim terminated the fire insurance without the Defendant’s name, by phoneing the victim, “the Defendant cancelled the insurance in accordance with the bit of bitch bitch, the same year as the bitch bitch, and the spirit of the mind.” On the ground of the collapse, the Defendant threatened the victim of the fire insurance.”

B. At around 20:40 on October 23, 2019, the Defendant made phone calls to the victim and threatened the victim with “I will return money to the lower account that I would have to prepare for the house. I would, without sending money, return money to the lower account. I would see that I would die without sending the money,” and then, the Defendant threatened F, who is the next son, with the expression “I would see that I would am dead if I would not return the money.”
