Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CA car.
On February 14, 2013, at around 13:30 on February 14, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and proceeded at a speed of about 30km/h, depending on the two-lanes between the two-lanes, toward the right side of the insertion bridge, which is located in the Dong-dong-dong-dong, in the direction of the shooting distance of the inserted bridge from the surface of the Dong-dong High School.
