A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around January 4, 2015, the Defendant, a foreigner of Liberian nationality, started to meet the victim C (or the victim 24 years of age) through the “instur,” which is the Internet Syria’s site, and became the United States of America. Around February 7, 2015, the Defendant was notified of the victim who was late known of the decision by the victim, and the victim was informed of the decision by the decision. On February 7, 2015, the Defendant was under drinking at the “Ek” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, and was under drinking at around February 7, 2015, the victim was under the Defendant’s house and was under the Defendant’s house at 702, such as the Defendant’s house.

1. The Defendant attempted to rape at around 23:00 on February 7, 2015, with a view to reporting the back feling of the victim, who was found goods in the Defendant’s home, and to rape the victim.
