1. The Defendant’s KRW 35,033,423 as well as 5% per annum from April 29, 2016 to September 20, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 29, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”) with the Defendant under which the term “D coffee interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior of the Gangseo-gu Busan building located in Gangseo-gu (hereinafter referred to as “instant construction contract”) between October 29, 2015 and November 29, 2015, and the construction cost of KRW 200,000,000 for construction cost.

B. On December 2015, the Plaintiff added the construction cost to the Defendant and without fixing the construction cost.

The term “the instant additional construction contract” was concluded with respect to each interior interior interior interior interior and each signboard construction in the building mentioned in the port (hereinafter “the instant additional construction contract”).

C. On January 2016, pursuant to the instant construction and additional construction contract, the Plaintiff completed both interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior and signboard construction. The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 220 million in total, including KRW 110 million on October 29, 2015, KRW 6 million on November 19, 2015, and KRW 26 million on December 24, 2015, and KRW 4 million on December 24, 2015. The instant additional construction cost paid KRW 5 million on December 19, 2015.

B. The Defendant’s assertion (1) coffee shop and set-up signboard is the content of the instant construction contract.
