Punishment of the crime

1. From May 7, 2015 to August 24, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) operated the “D resting tele” in the second floor of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan building C, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. The Defendant employed E (V, 35 years old), etc. as a woman of sexual traffic with three smuggling equipped with bed and shower rooms installed at the said business establishment, and around that time, paid the sexual traffic amount of KRW 120,00 per time from the male customers who found there around that time, and caused the said women to have sexual intercourse with the said male customers or to have them conduct a similar act by having them conduct a sexual intercourse in the smuggling room of the said business establishment, and by having the said women gain a total of KRW 189,000 won per 60,000,000 from the sexual traffic payment received as above.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. No person who violates the Health Act in any school, environmental sanitation and cleanup zone shall establish any business establishment that provides services, such as physical contact between unspecified persons, exposure to a sealed part, etc., or any other service that is likely to cause any similar activity;

However, from May 7, 2015 to October 15 of the same year, the Defendant operated the F Elementary School Environmental Cleanup Zone at the above place located within 200 meters from the boundary line of the F Elementary School, and installed a recess at which women employees are employed by being equipped with three facilities, such as a locker room, where a bend and shower is installed in the above waiting room, and let them put the nameless male customers on the bend, and put them on the bend, and put them on the bend, thereby raising an average sales of KRW 100 to KRW 2760,000 per month.
