A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2013, the Defendant was held in custody in Seocho-gu Office due to the failure to pay the automobile tax on the Brane TG vehicle that he operated at the beginning of March 2013, and the front number plate of the said vehicle was kept in custody.

For the foregoing reason, the Defendant acquired a DNA number plate from C, which is operating a vehicle without the front license plate, to avoid being towed while driving the vehicle for a period for which it is impossible to identify the said vehicle without the front license plate, and sentenced the Defendant to affix it to the said vehicle.

On March 20, 2013, the Defendant unlawfully used a motor vehicle registration number plate of the air by attaching the D number plate on the front of the 1663-1, Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), by attaching it to the said motor vehicle.

2. On March 20, 2013, the Defendant exercised the air defense illegally used by operating the said car from March 21, 2013 to March 21, 2013.
