1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant Hanyang Co., Ltd.: KRW 709,294,439 and its scope shall be from September 30, 2016 to July 14, 2017.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a party in the position of the Plaintiff. 1) The Plaintiff is a water-driven apartment, a complete transferee, located in 75-ro, 123-ro, Gwangju Mine-ro (hereinafter “instant apartment complex”).
(2) The Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation pursuant to Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act; hereinafter “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”) is a business entity that constructed and sells the apartment of this case, and the Defendant Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation pursuant to Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act; hereinafter “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”) concluded a warranty contract for the apartment of this case for the sake of one of the Defendant.
3) The Intervenor joining the Defendant, Inc. (hereinafter “Supplementary Party”) is the Intervenor’s block industry.
