1. As to KRW 69,776,60 and KRW 59,776,60 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 69,76,60 from November 30, 2015 to August 31, 2016.

Description of Claim

On August 18, 2015, KRW 3,050,00, out of the principal claimed in the complaint (on November 30, 2015, repayment period) against the Plaintiff’s Defendant, KRW 59,776,60,00 (on November 30, 2015, repayment period) was included in the principal and interest, and the Plaintiff renounced the Plaintiff’s claim for partial payment on August 17, 2016.

In addition, on August 26, 2015, 10,000 won for loans (20% per annum, due date, October 31, 2015) Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Act on the Protection of Civil Petitions for the Payment (Decision by Service by Public Notice)
