A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on September 10, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center.

1. Larcenys within the Giby church on July 25, 2014

A. On July 25, 2014, around 10:00 on July 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that the victim E, who is a church pastor, has a Nowon-gu computer in Busan Dong-gu; and (b) entered the residence as a way to hold a visit and to take a way to steal the victim E, for the purpose of theft, the Defendant infringed upon the residence.

B. The Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim E’s residence as described in the above paragraph (a); (b) stolen the victim E’s housing; (c) stolen the victim’s 700,000 won of the market value under the victim E’s toilet; (d) one computer mast; and (e) one points; and (e) one set of street charging cables; and (e) one set of street North Korea bank in the street.

2. On August 8, 2014, the Defendant: around 08:02 on August 8, 2014, 201, thief was stolen by inserting the gap in which employees’ surveillance was neglected in Hmat operated by the victim G in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and then 75,000 won in the total market price stored on the display stand.

3. Larceny-related to the theft in the children’s church on August 9, 2014;

A. On August 9, 2014, around 15:00 on August 15, 2014, the Defendant invadedd the residence by entering the residence as a means of visiting the victim E’s dwelling through discovering the existence of the victim E in the cafeterias adjacent to the restaurant, which is on the second floor of the 'Diplomatic Association’ as indicated in the above paragraph 1.

B. The thief Defendant had, as the way indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, a 70 ,000 won paper 70,000 won bill owned by the victim E, a national bank's physical credit card 2, a credit card 1, a Korean bank's credit card 1, a Korean aviation scarf card, and a driver's license.
