A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-owned truck without obtaining a driver's license from around 6 km to the front road located in the Dongyang Eup located in the same Gun and Dongyang Eup located in the area of the Cheongsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do. The Defendant driven a B-owned truck at around 27 km away from the Cheongyang-si, Ulsan-do.

On February 16, 2016, the defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Busan District Court's branch court's branch court's order on February 16, 2016, with respect to the relevant legal provisions, and Articles 152 subparagraph 1 and 43 of the Road Traffic Act, and the reason for sentencing of imprisonment with labor;

As such, since the defendant repeatedly drives without a license, he/she shall select imprisonment and punish it strictly, and he/she shall take into account the details of driving and all of the sentencing conditions on the defendant and determine the sentence as ordered.
