A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

475,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Western District Court on June 30, 201, and completed the execution of the said punishment at the Hong Prison on April 26, 2013.

Despite the fact that a person who is not a handler of narcotics is prohibited from possessing or administering a psychotropic mental medicine, the Defendant administered the Mesopha (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), which is a local mental medicine, despite being not a handler of narcotics, as follows.

1. On September 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received, without compensation, 0.1g of a white philopon, 0.1g of a white philopon, which is wraped from friendly E, from the Defendant’s operation, which was stopped in the Gu C at the Chang-si, Hawon-si; and (b) possessed it.

2. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant parked in G in the vicinity of G in the Jindo-gu, Jindo-si, Changwon-si, 10:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon possessed as in paragraph 1, and administered the Defendant’s her her her arm’s length on the lower part.

3. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant received and possessed approximately 0.05g of philopon, which is located in the I Hospital near the I Hospital located in the Ha, Gowon-si, Gowon-si, J, from the above E, from the Defendant’s free delivery of approximately 0.05g of philopon.

4. On February 19, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of the Defendant located in the J of J in Changwon-si, Changwon-si on February 19, 2016, injected approximately 0.05g of philopon in possession as set forth in paragraph 3, and administered the Defendant’s her her her her her her herb on the upper part.
