A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, as a person engaged in driving a D Tbluri-type car while under the influence of alcohol as described in the preceding paragraph, and driving the said Tbluri-ri car along three-lanes in the direction of hydrori distance in the direction of hydrori distance in front of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, along with three-lanes in the direction of hydrori distance.
