[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Defendant
A is a person engaged in the business of selling liquefied petroleum gas, installing gas containers, etc. in the name of "D," in the name of "D," and "F" in "B," and "victim G (G, south, 35 years old, and Mongolian nationality)" is an employee of "F."
1. Where a liquefied petroleum gas dealer supplies liquefied petroleum gas to users, he/she shall conduct safety inspections of his/her facilities and guide the users on matters necessary to prevent harm and injury;
Nevertheless, in the office of "F" on November 14, 2019, the Defendant supplied one filling container 20kg of liquefied petroleum gas to B for the first time, and did not check whether gas leakage of each connection part of the gas measuring apparatus installed in the above office from the gas sprink to the pipe, sprink, and burning machine, whether it is marked that it is appropriate for the mark of passing the Korea Gas Safety Corporation in the gas sprink or the Industrial Standardization Act, whether he/she has installed cocks, cocks, or safety devices above such level, whether he/she connects spock, cocks, or those above level, whether he/she has access to spocks, whether pipes from the pressure level to the middle valve are installed, or whether there is any possibility of other gas accidents, or not, and did not provide guidance on matters necessary to prevent harm to consumers.
2.
