Punishment of the crime

No defendant shall be qualified to handle narcotics.

1. Purchasing, and giving and receiving psychotropic drugs crophographs (one philophones; hereinafter referred to as written chophones);

A. On February 4, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won in cash from the front day of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu 16-ro 13 Seongbuk-gu, and approximately 0.05g of philophones contained in the disposable injection machine.

B. At the date and time, at the place, as described in paragraph 1-b above, the philophones contained in the disposable injection machine accepted as the background described in paragraph 1-b above were dilutiond with water and injected into the arms.
