1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. On April 25, 2002, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “the lease agreement of this case”) with C on a deposit amounting to KRW 15 million for the portion (Ga) 13.65 square meters in the attached Form No. 1, 2, 7, 8, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1, among the land floors of the building listed in the attached Table C and the attached Table (hereinafter “instant building”) in order to each point in the attached Table No. 1, 2, 7, 8, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 1.

Around that time, the Defendant received the instant store from C and carried out the removal business.

After that, the Defendant and C have renewed the instant lease contract.

B. C completed the registration of transfer of ownership of the instant building on December 6, 2002, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on June 3, 2019 to the Plaintiff and D on June 3, 2019.

The lease deposit: 15 million won: the lease term of 1.3 million won (the later payment, the third payment each month): the lease term of 1.3 million won: by April 25, 2020 (the 10-month special agreement). Since this contract is extended by April 25, 202, the lessee entered into a contract on April 25, 2002, and is automatically determined by the lease term of 25, 2020.

2) The lease amount must be the same as before the previous lease.

Deposit KRW 15 million shall be KRW 1,300,000 per month.

Value added tax includes value added tax.

Attached Form

(1) On June 3, 2019, a lessor must purchase this building and present an underground relocation under lease. However, on April 25, 2002 (24 months) or on April 25, 2002 under the first contract, the lease agreement is automatically extended one year due to the relationship between (24) and (3) the former owner of the building and (4) the latter owner did not notify the latter by two months.

Therefore, the lease term is automatically extended on April 25, 2020.

2) The rentr is leased by April 25, 2020, and the lessee at the maturity of the lease is at the time of the lease, without any condition, at the time of the lease.
