1. On January 11, 1972, the defendant filed against the plaintiffs with the Daegu District Court as to the size of 2,056 square meters prior to Cheongong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

Indication of Claim: The plaintiffs are co-owners who inherit the land stated in Paragraph (1) of the Disposition No. 1 which was owned by D, and seek against the defendant cancellation of the right to collateral security stated in the same paragraph on the grounds that the secured debt is repaid or the extinctive prescription expires;
