Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:00 on August 13, 2012, the Defendant driven approximately 5 km from the roads 215-25 in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-dong 215 to the roads 471 in Mapo-dong 471.
