Reasons
According to the records, it is clear that a kind of real right similar to superficies, which is customary to the base of a grave, will be owned by the grave, and a person who is not entitled to own the grave, can not acquire by prescription the real right of the grave even if he actually manages the grave for a long time. According to the records, the ownership of the grave of the Joseon belongs to the descendants in practice and does not belong to the descendants in practice.
