Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger any other person or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the prohibited matters for climatic driving, such as securing a safe distance and prohibiting any change in course, or by continuing or repeating one act.

Nevertheless, on August 9, 2018, from around 17:35:35 to around 17:40:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of approximately 4 minutes 5 seconds in the B B B B B B B B B B, 5 seconds on the same day and driven the motor vehicle in distress from the point of 62.6km to the point of 75.4 km in the two direction of the Seoul Yangyang Highway, which is located in the Hancheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, the Defendant was driving the motor vehicle of approximately 12.8 km from the point of 62.6km to the point of 75.8 km in the two direction of the Seoul Yangyang Expressway Highway, to the point of 75.8 km in both direction.
