A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,00, and a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

Defendant
B as the chief secretary of the "F" of a man-made service in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, a person who actually operated the above service, and the defendant A was working to introduce and arrange the interior service contract to the defendant B.

1. From September 2013 to December 2, 2013, the Defendants: (a) agreed with the auditor I of the Victim H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd”); (b) to receive subcontracting from the Victim Co., Ltd. to “G” (hereinafter “G occupancy”) to enter the K located in the Guro-gu SeoulJ; and (c) to receive subcontracting from the Victim Co., Ltd.; (b) Defendant B and Defendant A agreed to obtain confirmation profit of KRW 20 million in total, and (c) construction cost only claims the Victim Co., Ltd. for expenses actually incurred at the said construction site.
Accordingly, Defendant B performed G construction from December 2013 to January 26, 2014, and Defendant A demanded construction costs in total of KRW 131,148,374,00, including KRW 119,225,79,79, and KRW 1125,79,579, and KRW 11,92,579, and KRW 1374,374, in total, with respect to the said G construction, by means of e-mail, such as the auditor of the victim company, after obtaining a written estimate of construction costs from Defendant B, around the 28th of the same month.
However, in fact, the said quotation was prepared with the volume of KRW 2,907,332 increased compared to the amount actually paid as a direct construction cost in the part of large-scale construction, the conclusion of each room entrance, private construction, and the part of the house construction, by stating the cost of materials and the expected amount of labor cost by reporting the price information site and the estimated amount of cost of materials.
As can be seen, the Defendants deceiving the victim company, and that deceiving it from the victim company to the victim company on January 13, 2014, with respect to G occupation work directly from January 13, 2014 to March 31 of the same month, KRW 106,209,70 as the construction cost (the total amount is separately requested, the final profit, and the value added tax.
