A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2016, the Defendant was punished by 20,000 won for the crime of destruction of property at the Seoul Central District Court on May 31, 2016, and 1.5 million won for the crime of destruction of property at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 17, 2016.

On January 29, 2017, the Defendant purchased a tenant at the “D convenience store in Echeon-si, Gyeonggi-si, 10:00, and smoke in the interior after drinking, and prevented the victim E, who is an employee, from doing so, the Defendant expressed a large voice before the calculated unit for about 20 minutes, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store operation by force.

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million on December 21, 2016 by the Suwon Flag, and was sentenced to a special assault, etc. on 201 December 21, 2016, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 19 times for violent crimes. On August 29, 2016, Seoul Southern District Court held a non-detained trial on the ground of interference with business affairs. On December 30, 2016, the Seoul Southern Flag District Court held a non-detained trial on the ground of a special assault, etc., and on January 24, 2017, the Defendant was not detained by the Suwon Flag Flag as a crime of assault.

[2] On January 31, 2017, at the bus stops located in Ischeon-si, G 11:40 on January 31, 2017, the Defendant collected losses from the victim H (n, 14 years of age) who was in progress, and changed the Defendant, and thereby, threatened the victim with the victim’s face, i.e., dangerous things located in the surrounding area, i.e., the victim H (n, 14 years of age).

Accordingly, the defendant threatened victims, and assaulted victims, because they are dangerous objects.

In addition to the punishment of a fine of KRW 3 million on December 21, 2016, the Defendant committed violence in addition to the punishment of a fine of KRW 5 million on the grounds of a special assault, etc. by Suwon Friwon.
