A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2014, from around 03:49 to 04:32 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as discovering the victim E (n, 14 years of age) who was divingd in the D History or in the surface of the water located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by discovering the victim E, by compulsioning the victim into force, and by forceing the victim’s hand and sprinks, rhing the victim’s end hump from the victim’s end to the humbbbbuck, and rhing the face on the bridge, and humping the part of the victim’s sexual organ up to his tumbbuck.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed indecent act against the victim who was unable to resist.
