A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From among the aforementioned dates, places where D and his wife are located, the Defendant expressed the victim F to the victim F, “I am flick, dy, flick, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and expressed to the victim G, “I am flick, I am flick, I am flick, I amba, I amba, I amba, I am the police, I am the victim.”
