Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2017, from around 00:18 to around 00:30, the Defendant received a report from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, and from around 00:30, to the 112-gu, that “The South and the North 4-5 people are in the horse match,” and without any justifiable reason, performed so to E in the circumstances belonging to the Samsan Police Station D District Unit, the Defendant ransan Police Station, which called “I are very bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”

Many of them expressed a bath to "Chewing Chewing", and interfered with the operation of patrol cars for about 12 minutes, such as putting the 33rd of the patrol car in a street and putting the hand to prevent the string of the patrol car from being closed.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of report and patrol duty by police officers.
