A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

B. C. Around December 5, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of December 9, 2013, at the H parking lot located in Gyeyangyang-gun G, Gangwon-do, where the Defendant received treatment from the victim in a mental hospital, etc. during that period, due to the inhumanity relationship with the husband C in the H parking lot. In addition, the amount of hospital expenses has changed to KRW 10 million. If the Defendant did not receive any money, the non-humanity relationship with C is against the husband and his family members.
