Punishment of the crime

Around 16:00 on February 3, 2014, at the “C” restaurant located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to customers and owners; and (b) took out a call after receiving 112 report; (c) the victim E of the D police box affiliated with the D police box dispatched after receiving 112 report; (d) while there are several business owners F and customers, the Defendant sexually insulting the victim by speaking the victim as the victim with the larger sound, “Iskh, spick, spons, and sprinked.”
