Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The party status of the G Building in Jung-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant building”) was constructed as a redevelopment project for the commercial area in Jung-gu, Seoul around 1987. The Plaintiff is the manager who comprehensively delegates the management of the instant building to the management body consisting of the sectional owners holding exclusive ownership of the instant building for the purpose of managing and operating the instant building, and the Defendant (the appointed party; hereinafter “Defendant”), B, C, Selection, D, and E are the co-owners of each shop listed in the attached Table 2 list of the instant building (hereinafter “each shop in this case”).

(hereinafter referred to as "the defendants" and the designated parties are referred to as "the defendants."
