A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a motor vehicle dealer who runs the business of arranging the sale of used cars.

1. On April 19, 2016, the Defendant posted a false advertisement in the name of “E”, a false advertisement in the name of “E”, which permits sales of the used cars (D) in 2003, with respect to the Defendant’s house located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, B, “C” online sales site, “C” online sales site, and the owner did not receive a request for sales from the owner.

3.
