Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

No one shall gambling using an act of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the result of issuing (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto by a person who is not an entrusted business entity and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation for the Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

On September 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent KRW 500,00 to the national bank account (F) in the name of the Plaintiff (D) in the name of the Plaintiff’s name after having access to the Internet’s private sports website “C” in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-gu, 710, the Defendant’s residence; (b) sent KRW 500,000 to the National Bank account in the name of the Defendant’s Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do; and (c) provided gambling by means of betting in the sports games such as a domestic or foreign axis; and (d) from around that time to December 13, 2016, the Defendant provided gambling in total by remitting KRW 35,470,000 in total to the above gambling site’s account over 51 times, as indicated in the list of crimes.
