1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A’s KRW 154,314,869 as well as 5% per annum from February 7, 2013 to May 23, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The status of the party is the owner of the Won Spanish theater in Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jongno-gu, 163-24 (the three theaters of Dongmi, Mana, NAmo, and Mamomo). The defendant foundation is the foundation that operates the performing arts-related business, and is the lessee of the above theater, who has leased the same theater in the same theater (hereinafter referred to as the "the theater in this case").
