Defendant

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 201 through January 201, 201, Defendant A’s Defendant had been aware of the victim E (the age of 54) through the words “A”, and thereafter, Defendant A had been willing to raise money by using the fact of sexual intercourse with the victim on March 10, 2012.
