Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with the trade name of "C" in Daejeon Pungdong-gu B.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall place a false mark of origin, or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith.

During the period from November 18, 2016 to March 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1,210 per km at a discount of kg, and KRW 278 kg in China.

Nevertheless, at the above-mentioned temporary entertainment restaurant, the Defendant provided an unspecified number of customers who find the above restaurant with a false indication of the origin of the mark Kim on the entrance Qua New Daily bulletin board and the establishment thereof for the purpose of supporting against the general public by falsely indicating the origin of the mark Kim as domestic products.

As a result, the defendant purchased double-domestic culture kimchi and provided customers with it, and falsely indicated the origin of culture-related kimchi.
