Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On September 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection and Observation of Specific Criminal Offenders and Electronic Monitoring, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 9, 2015.

On September 12, 2016, from around 01:10 to around 01:20 on the same day, the Defendant reported that the Defendant, while driving a scoo vehicle in the Franc City of Bocheon-si to Franc City with the victim G driving the scoo vehicle in the H and driving the scoo vehicle in the city of Bocheon-si, the Defendant was able to dived with his head with the stone from the above person in the name of the victim.
