The judgment of the court of first instance is in the judgment.

1. The defendant's grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance are not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and the fact-finding and judgment of the court of first instance are justified even if each evidence submitted to the court of first instance was presented to this court.

Therefore, the reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted within the scope of the above recognition and the remaining claims shall be dismissed as without merit. Since the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
